More than finding Nemo
Ellen Lee DeGeneres (born January 26, 1958) better known as Ellen DeGeneres, is a comedian, actress, talk show host, producer, and writer. She first became known in comedy clubs in the 1980's and was on "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson". She was in series television but it was never successful. In 2003, Ellen had her own talk show "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" after that, ratings were good and it was a hit. Her show won 15 Emmy Awards in the first three seasons. It became the first TV show to win a Emmy Award for Outstanding Talk Show in its first three seasons. Ellen hosted the Grammy Awards in 1996 and 1997.
